מחנה למקצוענים עם דייויד לוין – קיץ 2025 – תוכנית אימוני U14

השנה נוסיף ציוד חדש נוסף לאימונים, כדי לשפר ולחזק משמעותית את השחקנים!

מידע נוסף על האימונים והציוד החדש למחנה השנה:

נוסיף מצנחי ריצה — באימון על הקרח ומחוץ לו — לשיפור הכושר הגופני ולהאצת תגובת שרירי הרגליים ומהירותם.

בנוסף, נשלב כדורי שיווי משקל שישפרו את היציבות של השחקנים, גם על הקרח וגם מחוצה לו. האימונים יתבצעו עם ובלי מקל הוקי, וכן עם ובלי משקולות.

השנה נשלב גם שיעורי פילאטיס עם מאמן מקצועי, שיסייעו לחזק את הגוף, לשפר יציבות וגמישות – כלים חיוניים לביצועים טובים יותר על הקרח ומחוצה לו, ובעיקר להחלקה יציבה וישרה.

אימוני כושר:

כל האימונים כוללים עבודה עם משקולות, גומיות התנגדות קצרות וארוכות — כולם נועדו לחזק את השחקנים ולהפוך אותם למהירים יותר על הקרח ומחוצה לו.

האימונים הללו מותאמים במיוחד לחיזוק השרירים הקטנים ביותר בגוף.

עבודה קשה משתלמת!

THIS YEAR WE WILL ADD EXTRA NEW Equipment FOR THE additional training sessions, for PLAYERS TO GET MUCH BETTER AND STROGNER. 

Additional Training Information for the new equipment since last year camp:

We will add – running parachutes , on and off the ice for conditioning and make the legs muscles to be much faster reaction and speed 

We will add Balance balls to make the player much stable on and and off ice , the players will be using the balance balls with the hockey stick and without a hockey stick with weight and without. 

This year will also add Pilates sessions with a professional coach that will make the players body more stable and more stronger more flexibility for them to use on and off the ice with skating straights. 

Work-outs:

All workouts with  weights, mini resistance band , long resistance band are all to make the players stronger and much quicker on and off the ice. This works out will be specially to make the smallest muscles in our body much stronger.
