OneIce Elite Player Development Program
The IEHL is the perfect summer league for those preparing themselves for the upcoming winter season providing the high level competition. Besides games, off-season development should be individualized and focus on physical preparation and skill development.
Are you interested in adding a personalized skill and physical development to your IEHL experience? You can train with the best of the best – Ethan Warrek, Eli Sherbatov, Phil Bushbacher and David Levin alongside other IEHL international imports and Israeli top players. OneIce Hockey Academy and the IEHL are proud to present the OneIce Elite Player Development Program.
INDIVIDUALIZATION
Our 2 step model to individualizing off-ice training
Step 1: Movement screening – each participant's movement baseline will be gauged using the Functional Movement Screen
Step 2: Fitness testing – our fitness tests have been adapted to gauge the same qualities tested in the NHL combine. Tests include – Broad jump, 1L Broad Jump, Bench Press, Pull Ups and Beep Test
THE PROGRAM
The Program includes 8 training days.
Daily Schedule
– 10:30 – Warm Up
– 11:30 – 13:00 Ice practice
– 14:00-15:30 Strength & Conditioning

COACHING STAFF
The program will be led by OneIce Hockey Academy director, Mikhael Horowitz, alongside OneIce Hockey coaching staff. Mikhael has a bachelor's degree in coaching from the University of Helsinki, is a certified Level 4 USAH coach and FMS screener and has worked with the OSU Hockey Program and at Donskov Strength & Conditioning.

COSTS
Costs include testing, individualized off-ice training program, on & off ice training sessions and jersey
Total cost – 1200₪
APPLICATION
Those interested in applying for the program must register no later than May 14th. Only 20 players & 4 goalies will be accepted.
